MD-600 Series Overview

MD-600 | OUR LARGEST LOW-PROFILE DESIGN PERFORMANCE DYNAMOMETER.

With 19.75” rollers and low-profile, cradle-roll design, the MD-600 combines all the right qualities to make it an ideal dyno for those that specialize in serving the niche high performance diesel truck market. Not to say that the MD-600 can’t handle virtually any other street car out there, but the wide outer track width, low inertia of the system and the robustness of the design make the MD-600 capable of handling the most extreme high torque vehicles.

The MD-600 is capable of measuring 2,000 horsepower and a top speed of 200-mph. A single eddy current PAU gives this dyne 900-hp of braking, while adding another PAU doubles this to 1,800-hp of loading capacity for steady state tuning and loaded mode testing.

The MD-600 features a heavy-duty structural steel frame, 4 precision balanced rollers, and a heavy duty vehicle restraint kit. Our computer based PowerDyne Controller features full database, data acquisition, graphing, and printing capabilities. Optional accessories include an A/F meter, an integrated engine tachometer interface, diesel smoke opacity meter, and a host of other options.
